BEFORE YOU ORDER

At LOULOU, each piece is created individually upon request within our atelier.

We do not operate with pre-made stock. Every design is produced specifically for you once the order is placed.

Production typically takes between 5 to 10 working days. During peak periods, this may extend up to 14 working days.

Once your order is placed, it enters production shortly after. For this reason, modifications or cancellations may not always be possible.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. These details are part of the nature of the garment and reflect the artisanal process behind each design.
