SHIPPING POLICY

At LOULOU, each piece is created individually within our atelier. Shipping timelines reflect both the production process and final delivery.

Production time

All LOULOU pieces are made upon order.

Standard production time is between 5 to 10 working days.

During peak periods, this may extend up to 14 working days.

For selected pre-order pieces or special designs, production timelines may vary. These are communicated on the product page.

Shipping

Once your order is completed, it is shipped via DHL Express or FedEx.

We offer complimentary worldwide express shipping.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe: 1–3 working days
• International: 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier operations.

Split shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on production timing.

You will be notified accordingly for each shipment.

Shipping address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

LOULOU does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order, as changes may not be possible once production has started.

Taxes & duties

For orders within Romania and the European Union, all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the client.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by LOULOU.

Refused delivery

If a shipment is refused at delivery, the order will be returned to us.

In such cases, shipping costs, return costs, and any duties or taxes incurred will not be refunded.

Order cancellation

Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

We kindly ask that all orders are carefully reviewed before confirmation.
